Lamaze Childbirth Teaching is about helping parents to be as prepared as they possibly can be for birth and beyond. No boring lectures, this is a refreshingly fun and down to earth way to gain that all important information.

Our course is suitable for anyone who is going to have a baby! The beauty of a Lamaze course is that it provides refreshingly sound advice that benefits first timers and existing parents. The ideal time to attend is between 28 and 34 weeks of your pregnancy. This course is aimed at you and your birthing partner (partner, friend, parent or other relative) although you are more than welcome to attend on your own.

Courses are offered quarterly and consist of four evening classes, each two hours in length, starting at 6:00 pm. All of our instructors are Lamaze International trained:childbirth class
