Child Birth Classes
This is a class designed for the mother in her last trimester to aid in preparation for the “big event”.
 
Classes include:
  • Signs and symptoms of labor
  • Warning signs
  • Stages of labor
  • Vaginal and cesarean births
  • Breathing techniques
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Pain management
  • Helpful hints for coaches
  • Tour of the birthing suite
Topics include breastfeeding, newborn care, parenting, and car seat safety.
Classes are held quarterly on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
